# Acceptable Use Policy

**Prohibited Activities** 

Pterodactyl/VPS

* DDoS Tools.
* Scrapers.
* Game Servers (servers that are not on a Game/Gaming Node).
* Servers that purposely use up resources (Including V3 aoi.js).
* Discord Ratelimiters.
* PteroVM's or servers attempting to gain root access.
* Whatsapp Bots.
* Nitro Generators or token grabbers.
* Discord Terms of Service Violations.
* Proxies.
* Piracy Sites/Contents/Shares.
* Bitcoin Mining.
* Resource hog beyond fairuse that affects our systems or other customers.
* Constant high network activity will result in throttled/limited networking.

VPN Services 

* Any illegal activity under local, national, or international law.
* Spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or distribution of malware.
* DDoS attacks, network abuse, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts.
* Selling, reselling, or sharing VPN access without written permission.
* Activity that causes unreasonable resource usage or service degradation for other customers.
